We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marimekko purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
